Ingredients:
  • 2 cup chopped watermelon
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cup chopped mango
  • 2 cup Swiss chard
  • ½ lime (juice)
Directions:
Put the watermelon, mint, and Swiss chard in the blender. Blend the items until smooth. Stop the blender to add chopped mango and squeeze the half lime so the smoothie gets the juice. Blend it again.

2. Tropical Mango

This smoothie contains antibody combinations which battle various diseases. You can also have this smoothie after having a night out that includes alcoholic beverages. It can be a hangover cure.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup chopped mango
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • ½ lime (juice)
Directions:
Blend the orange, coconut water, and spinach first. Once it’s smooth, add the remaining ingredients and then blend it again. When you pour it into the glass, you can garnish it with lime slices.

3. Citrus for Cold

If you catch a cold, this smoothie is a perfect medicine for you.

Ingredients:
  • 2 peeled oranges
  • 2 cup chopped pineapple
  • ¼ cup raw golden beet
  • 2 cup green cabbage
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp flax seed oil
Directions:
Put the cabbage, water, and oranges to the blender so you can blend them first. Add the lemon juice, beet, pineapple, and flaxseed oil to the blender. Blend it again until smooth.
