- 1 cup of soy milk without sugar
- 2 frozen bananas
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract / essens
- Pieces of bananas
- Mix the basic ingredients into the blender until the texture turns smooth and thickens.
