Juice for Breakfast
1. Tropical Green Juice
- ½ cup fresh spinach
- ½ cup fresh mango
- ½ cup fresh pineapple
- 2 tbsp fresh peeled lime
Put the spinach, pineapple, and lime in your juicer. Juice them in a slow speed. Add the mango and then juice it again. You can serve it for two people.
2. Mint Kale JuiceMint juice for a breakfast is so refreshing. However, you can enjoy this juice at noon, too.
- 12 ounces mint leaves
- 1 ½ pounds fresh kale
- 4 peeled parsnips
- 4 green apples
- 4 tsp lime juice
To have the best result, you can juice each item one by one. After you get all the juices, mix them together and juice it again. Garnish it with mint leaves for a fresher taste.
3. Sweet Potato JuiceIngredients:
- 1 medium peeled sweet potato
- 1 large carrot
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- ¾ cup orange juice (2 large oranges)
Peel the lime and orange before juicing the fruits. It’s better to use a citrus juicer if you have one. Next, juice the sweet potato and the carrot. Mix all the juices and drink it right away.
